The project EGALE (Empowering Growth in Adult Learning and Education) aims at broadening the educators' view of global knowledge base and contributing to higher quality of education through the training in Project Management and EFQM excellence model of 2 experienced adult educators from Dynamic University Ltd. - a significant local player on adult education policy development and training, guidance and counseling provision. The desired overall outcomes of the project include greater confidence and teaching ability, improved teaching methodology, shared knowledge and resources for a driven impact at personal, local, national and European level. For a successful execution of the project, a time-line, project dissemination strategy and relevant post-training activities are planned to be carried out. The project will self-sustain and provide deliverable by developing course materials for prospective trainees, more advanced teaching methodology and desire for life-long growth.
