The aim of the project is to increase teachers' competences in the field covered with Social Media Tools in Marketing Management, which is closely related to new profiles of education in ZCKOiZ. What is more, it is related to extracurricular activity in the school. The participants of the course in Italy are four teachers who also play the most important function in the school, for instance: a head teacher who is a teacher as well, a counselor, a school social media supervisor and a teacher of English as a foreign language who is the project coordinator as well. To prepare for the course, teachers will take a series of language lessons, especially Italian lessons. Moreover, participants of the project will base on scientific publications which will be purchased for a school library. Participants, who take part in the course, will share their skills with other collegues in WDN training at school. Thus participants will take part in a Social Media Tools course in Marketing Management as well. The konwledge will be used in IT as well.After finishing the course, participants will disseminate the project results: it means that all the materials will be presented at the conference of the teaching staff and on the school website and the school Facebook What is more, all participants will make a writing and oral report for the principal of the school. The results will be presented for the teacher of vocational subjects and teachers of Foreign Languages as well. All the materials will be done in the school library and transferred to all interested in this field teachers of vocational subjects. Then participants of the project will show didactic, educational and organizational competencies which wiil be gained during the course. This is the expected result of a long-term project. Acquired competences of teachers will be used to prepare students for professional examinations, and also for a local, national and European labor market by broadening students' professional competence and a language. International contacts will be established during the course and can help to locate the school in an international context and open it on multiculturalism and exchange of experiences because participants will come from different cultures and countries.The participation in the English language course in Italy and preparations for the course( an Italian language) and training which will be conducted in English, will expand the language skills of project participants. They will broad vocabulary terms and phrases, they will use of foreign-language to read a technical documentation. These activities will enhance the effectiveness of teaching, and new forms of dual education (using social media). What is more, these items will improve teachers' competences to prepare students for the international scholarships. Teachers will enrich their core competencies and cross-cutting in the field of digital skills and entrepreneurship, and social skills in vocational subjects. Attractiveness of the classes will reduce early school leaving of students because new skills of participants will be used in work with students from the lowest to the highest achievements. The teachers will also used social media ich regular contact with students' parents.
