Nowadays there is an urgent need for protection and conservation of natural resources, and the new consumer trend for 'healthy food' and environmental protection. In light of the above developments this project WAS designed, which refers to the integrated management of agriculture. Through the project, the students will be trained in the ways of integration of beneficial natural processes with modern agricultural practices and use of advanced technology in order to minimize environmental risks, along with maintenance, encouragement and recreating what is environmentally important.Integrated Crop Management is a policy that aims to provide the basis for efficient and profitable production which are economically viable and environmentally responsible. Incorporates beneficial natural processes into modern farming practices using advanced technology and aims at minimizing environmental risks, along with maintenance, encouragement and recreating what is environmentally important. Integrated Agriculture includes a set of principles and procedures to be applied, taking into account the specific environmental conditions. The proposed project of the 1st EPAL Megara "Implementation of integrated management of agriculture in line with European standards systems" is aimed at students of vocational education in the fields of Agriculture, Food and Environment. The plan is expected to involve 25 students, accompanied by two teachers, who for a period of 15 days will go in Spain.Participation in such a mobility project contributes to the participants to gain valuable experience and significant qualifications to the following objectives:• organize the farm,• to plan agricultural production,• apply the rules of Integrated Crop Management (GAP),• to make rational use of resources,• carry out continuous production control,• control traceability and make laboratory products controls• educate producers,• pay reduction solutions in production costs,• to protect the decisions producers, consumers and the environment,• realize the importance of lifelong learning to continually update and enrich their knowledge on integrated management of agriculture.Through the project, trainees are expected to gain valuable experience and significant qualifications, which is expected to contribute to the subsequent working career and are found in the following results:• the organization of the farm with production planning,• control at all stages of the production process,• constant updating and producer education,• lower production costs due to the rational use of inputs,• Production quality, safe and competitive products.The choice of Host Organization IRTA It was based on the expertise and knowledge it holds which is expected to contribute significantly to the education and practice of training subject. The IRTA is a research institute to contribute to the modernization, improvement and promotion of competitiveness, sustainable development of agriculture, food, aquaculture and fisheries.The methodology in project management will be formative, so that there is feedback at every stage of this execution and continuous improvement of results. Everyone involved has a clear role and obligations dictated by written agreements and mutual trust.Specialist knowledge - skills that will equip participants Integrated Management of Crop believe will increase their competitiveness over the other, giving them a competitive advantage in finding a job and establish the basis for a long-term benefit, that of creating his own agricultural production.All this will have an impact at local and regional level. Finally, to enhance mobility, the sending organization contributes to achieving the goals of Europe 2020, strengthens its outreach, its possible cooperation with local, regional, national and / or European bodies.
