The title of the plan of our organizstion was'' Implementation of innovative forms, techniques, and methods of teaching and learning in the classroom: teaching and learning in groups-differentiated learning''. Its duration was one year. We intented to train our teachers in these new methodological approaches, that place the student in the centre of the learning process, so that they would be able to apply them in the classroom. Οur objectives were for our teachers to be contemplators, facilitators and researchers, with a view to proper socialization of our students and development of their personality, and to minimize their role as mandators and educators of authority. The participants were three teachers of different disciplines , English , ICT and Technology and taught students between13 -15 years old. They were fluent in English and had certifications in ICT. They were selected by the teachers board of our school. The basic activity was our teachers' attendance of an interactive training course with teachers-participants from other European countries. It was focused on how to build positive dynamic fields for the groups to function in classroom (Building Positive Group Dynamics), and took place at Pilgrims training centre at the University of Kent in Canterbury , England. The training institution provided the participants a certificate of attendance and the latter also had their Europass mobility certificates issued at the end of the mobility. The preparation and implementation of the project was supervised by the legal representative of our organisation with the participants cooperation. A. Preparation : 1/ Study of the two proposed books by the training centre, 2/ collection of participants' profiles which were sent to the instructors of the training centre. c / questionnaires were given to all the teachers of the school, in order for us to identify the diverse needs by specialty and problems faced in the classroom in order to take them into account in the training . B . Activities that followed the training in order to effectively dessiminate knowledge and exploit the results inside and outside our organisation : 1. Organising of an educational meeting- workshop on 07/12/2015, entitled "Implementation of innovative forms, methods and teaching and learning techniques in class: Teaching and learning in groups - Differentiated teaching / individualised learning - Developing positive dynamics in the group'', which was attended by our colleagues at school and many teachers coming from other schools of Primary and Secondary Education in Eastern Attika. 2. Updating the school site in European projects with texts, photos and videos. 3. Publications on f / b of the school and creation of photo albums of the realization of mobility and training session at school 4. Updating the eTwinning platform about the project and our actions 5. Posting to LinkedIn. 6. Sending press releases and newsletter. 7. Informing parents and guardians. 8. Creation of a resource bank with teaching material. 9. Publications in the open group "Pilgrims", on f / b, which was the training institution at the University of Kent. 10. Posts in the group "Group Dynamics" on f / b, of which members are the trainer and the trainees 11. Informing our 5 partner countries on environmental ERASMUS + / KA2, during the transnational meeting in Spain in January 2016. 13. Monitoring of teaching in groups. The efficiency of our project was evaluated with two mid-term and a final evaluation questionnaires along with scheduled meetings with the teachers' board for feedback and reflection. Judging from the overall results, we believe that the objectives have been successfully met. The teachers in our school have been initiated into new methods of teaching and learning. They have had the opportunity to develop a more comprehensive and consistent view of the group and how it can work positively , but also to learn techniques to manage possible difficulties in it -acceptance of diversity and tolerance. They have also developed the ability to highlight the advantages and benefits of group work and collaboration for students in the academic sector. Students were taught to seek knowledge by working with their peers creatively and productively , cultivating skills , developing their personality . Furthermore, we believe that cooperation and exchange of experience and best practices with teachers from other countries in Europe have helped the participants and the rest of our teachers on academic level. We are confident that the realisation of our plan and dessimination of knowledge has had a positive impact, on our organisation, and potentially on other educational communities, too. It has raised the profile of our organisation , has helped the updating of innovative educational practices, with our final and long term aim being the improvement of the quality of educational work and provided knowledge by well accomplished educators.
