The aim of the project is to introduce competence-based qualifications to the European financial sector, improving and harmonising the training and qualifications for Financial Advisors across Europe, by establishing a Core Competency Framework and Educational Competency Assessments for the ‘€uropean Financial Advisor’ qualification as an exemple. The project intends to specify the core competencies for €uropean Financial Advisor, to create an interactive Educational Competency Assessment tool, to develop a self-sustaining implementation strategy for the new full competency qualification and to valorise the products by means of a conference and dissemination.
