The main focus lies on school administration as well as on the methodology and didactics of teaching German. In the second week the participant takes the role of guest teachers in Enns Gymnasium/Realgymnasium introducing the education system, culture and lifestyle of their homelands to the students and teachers of Austria. Thus, the guest teacher does not only visit the lessons but also teaches in multicultural environment. During the project, the teachers develop network cooperation between their colleagues from different European countries. The participant of the Teacher Mobility Programme works in Rakvere Reaalgümnaasium as a teacher-methodologist of German and English. She is also an active member of the board of the Estonian Association of Teachers of German. Her personality traits and competence contribute to carrying out a high-quality project. As a result of the project the motivation of teaching will definitely rise and the abilities of expressing oneself in a foreign language as well as the ability of communicating in foreign language will improve. Furthermore, the project will broaden the knowledge about country studies as well as contribute to the development of one´s IT competence and project management skills. It will also broaden the horizon and the level of tolerance in the context of changing Europe. The participating teacher can get experience of working with multicultural students in a multilingual environment. The teacher is going to share the knowledge and experience obtained from the project with the colleagues of her own school and county as well as with the teachers from all over Estonia. The participant´s broadened horizon of different education systems in Europe enables to integrate the best pedagogical practices into the development of her own school as well as into the education administration at a broader level. The project is sustainable as it enables to develop contacts between the teachers of German from all over Europe as well as offers possibilities for eTwinning projects with the partners already familiar to the teacher.
