This project perfectly matches the goals set out in our strategic plan about our company's and staff's professionalization. Based on the needs detected, professionalization comprises the following key topics: quality management, managing diversity, setting up a future strategy with a shift to a more value-driven organisation, testing and implementing new learning/teaching activities, receiving external European feedback on the functioning of a Flemish school. Number of participants and profile of participants: 10 participants would be taking part, all of them belonging to our middle and top management. Activities and methods: The knowledge acquired will be translated into sharp goals making use of smart cards. These goals will contain clear and measurable evaluation criteria. The implementation and evaluation of the improvement programs will take place in working groups consisting of all stakeholders, all with sufficient attention to creating a suitable foundation within the organisation and a good anchorage of all changes made. Results: We expect concrete, clear results, such as a decrease in unqualified dropout of students, an increase in our students' and staff members' well-being and a decrease in the number of repeaters.
