PERSON s.r.o. company provides continuing education and staff development through structured courses, training in the fields of soft skills, development programs, coaching and other psychological practices. Through certified trainers, our company educates workers in various sectors. Project of PERSON s.r.o. company called EEG biofeedback as a way of staff development and support was focused on acquiring new knowledge and skills that can be used intensively in counseling, work psychology and traffic & transport psychology. The aim of this project was to enable employees to participate in the course of EEG biofeedback, from which they would receive a certificate of professional coach in said therapies. This intention, we managed to successfully implement. By the implementation of this project, our company was incorporated other modern workplaces working through this innovative and digital technology. It has spread the portfolio of services offered to clients in the area of work and traffic & transport psychology, and thus enable them to continue on developing psychological characteristics and also the area of physical health on the basis of brain training. The project were involved three psychologists who work in our company. EEG biofeedback course takes place in EEG institut in Prague led by Ing. Daneš Koťátko, director of the EEG Institute and was structured into theoretical and practical part. All women took part three mobility and received certificates that entitles employees to perform EEG biofeedback on a professional level. A positive result of this project is an established cooperation of PERSON s.r.o. company with professional trainers of EEG biofeedback in Slovakia, the Czech Republic and Poland, while the cooperation at the international level is also possible. The result of the project EEG biofeedback as a way of development and staff support was improvemented of labor competencies of employees, expansion of services offered to clients and the personal benefit of clients of training process. We expect that the knowledge learned from the work on EEG biofeedback will be disseminated and published on the national level.
