Context of the project: Our secondary school for several years as one of the most important objectives is committed to modern. We hope that the hard work will increase the likelihood equalize educational opportunities for our students with opportunities of their peers from more developed countries, especially from the European Union, as well as allow for their sustainable development. Skills development, we expect not only our students, but also the teaching staff and administrative staff employees. For this reason, we would like to raise the professional qualifications of the Secondary School No. 3 from Gniezno under Action 1. Erasmus +. We would like to in the future, after the preparation of personnel, to add to our educational offer bilingual education, implement projects within the eTwinning platform and Action 2 Erasmus +. Objectives of the project: 1) preparation of school to introduce bilingual education; 2) improvement of skills related to the professional profile of staff (teaching, training, quality management etc.); 3) to achieve a better quality of work of staff and activities for the benefit of the pupils; 4) To become a staff greater understanding and sensitivity to the diversity of social, linguistic and cultural; 5) increasing opportunities for professional and career; 6) improving knowledge of foreign languages; 7) increase the motivation and satisfaction in their daily work. Participants of the project and the main activities undertaken in the framework of mobility: 1) teacher j. English and German language teacher - participation in courses methodical; 2) four teachers and four employees - staff participated in courses for foreign language learning; Selected specific activities and methodology used in the project: 1) analysis - of mobility - the individual needs of the project participants determine their on the achievement of objectives; monitoring card during training; 2) The use of knowledge, skills of observation project participants to develop recommendations for changes to the card, which should enter our school to achieve long-term goals; 3) develop a plan to implement these solutions, pedagogical, methodological, organizational and others, which will contribute to the implementation of a European roadmap of our facility. Expected results and impacts of the project: 1) improve the qualifications of teachers methodological two subjects: English and German. 2) an increase in foreign language skills of all participants in the project, which will enable them to prepare themselves to cooperate in the framework of the eTwinning platform, participate in the work related to the exchange with France, and to participate in Action 2 Erasmus +; 3) the introduction of bilingual education; 4) implementation of new teaching methods using new tools; 5) improvement of the curriculum. The potential long-term benefits: 1) improve the quality of our educational offer; 2) improve the quality of international cooperation; 3) deepen in all project target groups openness, respect, tolerance and support for others; 4) an increase in the European dimension of our school and the school community. - Improvement of language competence; - Participation in online courses, contact seminars, workshops Europe; - Extending the range of courses for future students; - Further training courses in the direct and on-line portals foreign language; - Improving the quality of school: - Increasing motivation and satisfaction in their daily work; - Preparation for activity on the E-Twinning and improve its use; - Build language support for building European partnerships; - Building more attractive schools in the district as an educational establishment; - More opportunity to complete projects in the programs KA2.
