The project aims to achieve a correct image of the agricultural sector and to provide a solution for the increasing alienation between farmers and the food business. Eduferm aims in the first place to thoroughly professionalisethe existing offer of farm visits on the theme of sustainable agriculture.The characteristics of a farm visit and supporting teaching material do not meet the present educational and teaching principles. Digital and innovative work forms and methods based on social and experiential learning are the actual key concepts. The project wants to capitalise on this through the development of digital teaching materials.In addition, attention is paid to language immersion for children. Classes are challenged to visit a farm across the border with the necessary support: a language immersion course and a farm visit at the same time!
