Education - Occupation - Sport - a German/French Partnership for young people

The classical Youth Exchange program will be enlarged with action-oriented methods and practical work. A common project will be reached in this workshop splitted in two parts - one in each country, but chronological close together. The topics of the workshops are sport, media and culture. Different sport activities - like rugby, boule, soccer, volleyball or soap box derby - will be explained, tested and trained. There also will be a view into the educational system in GER + F and a visit to a company. Both experiences will be reflected and explained. They learn a lot about the digfferent culture of GER and F. They are creating a work of art. The participants will discover and force their social skills and their competences they need for education and working. So they can find out which job will be fit to them. Because of this the number of young people who are cancelling the school education or who will be enemployed could be reduced for the participants of this project.
