This project was created to contribute to the development of our school by acting in the improvable areas detected after a thorough, systematic and integrated analysis which has resulted in the creation of an European Development Plan for the improvement of quality, modernization and internationalization of our school. The project is framed under the medium and long term strategy defined in the plan.Under the title of "Educating in Multiculturalism", it aims at contributing to the consecution of many of the objectives specified in the European 2020 strategy and ET 2020, as well as some more detailed that we have put forward at our school level, namely:1. Improve our students personal development, their employment opportunities and participation as active citizens within society.2. Support our staff career development.3. Improve the foreign language competences of our students and teachers.4. Enhance our students and staff awareness of other cultures and countries as well as the international appeal and dimension of our school.5. Improve our management and staff competences for handling multiculturalism considering both organisational and educational aspects.6. Facilitate the integration of students from other countries and cultures and improve our students multicultural competences. For the consecution of these objectives we have programmed several activities, some of them crystallized in training mobility abroad and others took shape in the form of support, promotion and evaluation activities. The programmed mobilities are as follow:• The attendance of two teachers to the structured course "Creativity and interculturality - Harness the power of creativity through intercultural exchange in the classroom" taking place in Larnaca, Cypruss, between 23rd and 31st of January 2017.• The attendance of two teachers in a shadowing programme at "Friedrich-List-Schule" in Kassel the first fortnight of April 2017.• The attendance of two teachers in a shadowing programme at the "Liceo Español Luis Buñuel" in Paris the first fortnight of October 2017.An efficient communication, by making use of the available resources, will be the basis of the applied methodology in this project. The mobilised teachers will acquire knowledge of management of multiculturalism methodology in both organisational and educational aspects, which, through an internal communication process, will produce positive, relevant and sustained impact in our school. Such impact as the integration and inclusion of arriving students and the improvement of our students personal and professional development through the acquisition of multicultural competences.
