The main goal of this project is to improve energy efficiency in the areas of cross-border cooperation (the South-East Finland and North-West of Russia). For the development of construction in Kouvola, Helsinki, Lappeenranta, St. Petersburg and Leningrad region is supposed to create an information platform on energy efficiency, construction and professional education, to consolidate educational institutions that operate in the construction industry in border areas, and to establish the research center in the construction and real estate.
