To develop long-term solutions to the environmental problems faced by the border areas, by converting a cross-border city (Durleşti) into an ecological one and by organizing seminars on ecological topics held by experts in the cross-border area. Expected Results: 1246 m of Durleşti river ecologically arranged; one technical study of Durleşti river; 46 households protected against floods; 3 educational seminars organized on ecological topics; 90 persons participating at the educational seminars on ecological topics; 1 database with the contact information of the participants at the seminars; 90 training material sets; one ecological action for cleaning Durleşti town and tree planting involving the local people; 200 trees planted in Durleşti.
