The short-term volunteer program of Format SFF Foundation offers 16 young people from 3 countries (18-30 years old) the opportunity to get in touch with the organization and working process of a remarkable event in the sphere of arts and culture - "CONTEMPORARY ART ZONE".The project is carried out by Format SFF Foundation, coordinating organization and host to the programme, in partnership with sending organizations from Spain, Poland and Latvia. The duration of the project is 3 months and the volunteers arrive for one month in Balchik in order to take part in the preparation and implementation of the event. The main aim of the project is to allow young people interested in art and culture to participate in the organization of one significant cultural event, while having access to all performances, theatre and dance performances, installations and presentations which the program offers to the professional guests and participants.
