E-Learning: Virtual Classroom Training

The project titled "E-Learning: Virtual Classroom Training" is designed for teachers of ZST school, both of academic subjects and vocational qualifications. The project will be attended by 16 teachers of ZST (in 2017 - 8 teachers and 2018 years - 8 teachers). They are representatives of the teaching staff of secondary school, they are teachers and educators of young people in uniformed high school classes and technical college. E-learning is a modern way of teaching, adapted to the needs and demands of the present. By participating in the project school staff will be able to prepare materials for young people and the platform will teach in a way individualized and track the progress of learners. Through the training, participants will prepare teaching materials and students will have free access. The lecturer will have better and more frequent contact with young people, it can keep track of their progress. Many of the students of virtual classes will help break the shyness and engage in a discussion or ask a question.Participation in the project would be a motivating incentive for teachers to continue to work while stimulating the development of their pedagogical, professional and language competence. Participants would increase the knowledge about E-learning teaching. The use of forms of e-learning in the educational process of young people –will improve the quality of school work. In order to implement the new curriculum in the school system there will be set up school team. Implementation of e-learning will be developed by this team, which will be involved in development of the program of the school. The school will create original program containing the most important points to consider: preparing teachers to work in an educational platform and mobile technology, the training of e-learning for staff, pupils and students, teachers receive electronic compendium of knowledge.The project will also increase the attractiveness of the educational offer of Technical School Complex named Hipolit Cegielski in Srem in ICT. Teachers involved in the project will raise their language skills, which would facilitate the preparation of these competencies prior to departure, as well as during it. It should also be noted that allowing participation in the project automatically raises the attractiveness of the institutions involved.ZST teachers involved in the project will have the opportunity have direct contact with the functioning dual system of vocational training and comparisons of a company's solutions to the Polish reality, which will provide inspiration to take action by teachers not used in Polish schools. Learning process will take place in an environment specialized employees and executives that have an impact on the content of training, organizational and practical study of modern software and create a virtual classroom via E-learning will also be conducted evaluating the effects of training.The project will create general education in distance-learning system, which will be built during the project implementation in 2017 years. We will be the first school in the district Śrem using the teaching of e-learning system in the education of young people.
