E-Learning Innovation Management Course for Vocational Training

The E-IM project result – the e-learning course of innovation management, fills a gap innational VET systems by delivering a market demanded e-learning course, available foreverybody, and solves the problem of lacking skills and knowledge required in the EU labormarket.During the project life time, the course materials were developed and piloted by the target group. The information on the course has been disseminated in project partner countries and international conferences in Europe, in order to ensure the sustainability and mainstreaming of the project results.The project was implemented by partners in five countries (Latvia, Lithuanian, Finland, Great Britain and Malta) by six partners – coordinator P0-Latvian Technological Center (LTC), P1- Aalto University School of Economics Small Business Centre (SBC), P2-Coventry University Enterprises (CUE), P3- Baltic Education Technology Institute (BETI), P4 (associated partner)- Integrated Resources Management Company (IRMCo) , P5-Riga Technical University (RTU).The course has 6 modules:Module 1. Innovation: theory and practice;Module 2. Creativity and innovative entrepreneurship;Module 3. New product development and implementation;Module 4. Financing of Innovation;Module 5. Intellectual property management in the innovation process;Module 6. Innovation support systems.As well, the course has a Study guide and Tutor's guide – methodological guidelines for students and tutors.
