The mobility project was called „E-BUGGY“ and it lasted 3 weeks: from 26th October until 15th November 2014. Practical training took place at Gut Wehlitz in Leipzig, Schkeuditz. There were 9 pupils and three teacher involved in the project (the teachers changed weekly). Knowledge, skills and competence acquired: • Gathering of practical experience during the performance of the profession in another European country • Support of practical skills in the professional field • Learning about the education system and working system of the host country • Enlargement of the social and linguistic competence Activities: To learn about the work conditions and thus extract and develop new ideas to improve them • Get familiar with placement company (structure & organisation of company) • Get to know the rules of quality • Learn about occupational health and safety • Learn about the quality standards of placements Activities in: practical training • technical knowledge about the development and construction of electric cars (e-buggy) • technical knowledge of the different components of an electric buggy • Overview of renewable energy production, especially solar energy Activities in: visits (general get to know for better working conditions) • learning the companies in the host country • structure and organisation of companies • get to know the rules of quality in companies • learning the quality standards of companies • workshops with German experts in the field of study • presentations by German experts about working field • tours through the companies • discussion about the experiences in the field of study
