The needs of our school according to the analyse which was made by school quality improvement team: -Outnumbering students who have problem behavior and whose social skills are weak-Weakness and lack of motivation of the parents and student profile and interest towards education-Not having a school conselor due to the location of our school- Inadequacy of different application areas in problem student behaviors -Lack of motivation of teachers due to difficulty in maintaining permanence in education are determined.In order to make up our deficiencies,the activity which was anticipated to occuring 2016-2017 has been planned in seminar period so that not to disrupt education, by being separated into 2 groups. Our teachers will gain required infrastructure criterias in 5 days education schedule, Emotional Ecology course 26-30 June, and motivation course 19-23 june 2017, in I Develop Teacher Training centre, Seville, Spain. Thanks to this project, we will learn to control emotions in order to prevent behavior problems, to listen effectively and to give constructive feedback, to increase motivation in careerdevelopment, to describe thepotential behaviour problems and their reasons, to develop tools in positive model setting for developing appropriate behaviors, to know the main tecnique and strategies in behavior correction, a motivation to learn more, learning disciplines, enhancing curiosityand also simple techniques to improve concentration. As a school, we want to see how these courses are and how they are reflected in education in abroad. By taking this course in abroad, we want to learn different cultures, to see different methods which they use for solving behavior problems in their education system, and to broaden our horizon by gaining international perspective. Pedagogically, our teachers will have practical ideas, and they will have an opportunity to practice their english. When the experiences which we gain withthis course are included in development plan of our institution, it will have so much influence on our education quality , the interest of children and parents will increase, and our school will become an attraction centre.With the effect of parents who see the school as an attraction centre, the schooling rate of our school will increase. Besides, thanks to this course, our experience to make a project will increase, new projects will be added to etwinning projects being handled. We believe that after this course , an academic study will be conducted about methods of solving social and behavior problems, and by making a web sitewith obtained knowledge and experiences, thanks to social networking sites by exceeding school walls, we will give more efficient education. By sharing what we learn with other shareholders thanks to our dissemination activities, we will increase our project's multiplier effect.With the evaluation studies which we will make after each activity, we wil have an opportunity to see how close we are to the goals of our project.
