Technological High School "Teodor Diamant" is located in the town of Boldesti- Scaeni, Prahova county, 12 km from Ploiesti , 72 kilometers from the capital, Bucharest, and quite close to a representative tourist area of the country, Prahova Valley. School has a total of 408 students, of which 3 students have special educational needs (mobility impairments, mental retardation, audio-visual impairments) and 25 teachers. The high school courses are specialized mainly on technological profile, but, the high school has in employment day classes and evening classes, theoretical, and post graduation courses. A significant proportion of gypsy represent the majority of students but also poor students, this are the reasons why they can’t complete junior high. The vision of the school is to provide a quality educational process that meets the needs of each individual's personal development / student, through open dialogue and partnership at European standards. One of our goals is implementing a project in school S.E.N.S.., which aims to improve the preparedness of students using methods, techniques and modern, efficient, applicable tools, in the fields of training and their involvement in various activities and projects. In a study conducted between 2012-2014 we observed that some indicators have certain fluctuations, which poses a threat to the educational act. We worry about increasing of absenteeism, and school dropout, especially in inferior cycle of high school, and also the increase of low disciplinary grades and smaller sum of grades per discipline. Students need a new approach to assimilate the contents, in order to increase motivation for learning, to participate with pleasure in the classroom, school activities, extracurricular competitions, for increasing their self-esteem / responsibility but also, the quality of education. The teachers need to approach the act of teaching with new technologies and new methods because the current generation is extremely well technological connected, intelligent and creative. The teaching must adapt to new educational requirements through inter and trans – approaches that combine ICT with communication and scientific contents in all respects. As such, the project S.E.N.S. will propose as main objective ("milestones") the increase of student’s educational act quality using methods, techniques and modern tools effectively applied and verified in Europe. The access to educational products opened on the European platform, and the collaboration with colleagues from other European schools, is an opportunity to learn and to adapt new approaches to current problems we face in our school. The participants in the project activities are eight teachers who teach in our school: Romanian, English, and French languages, Mathematics, Technical Disciplines and Computer Science. There are teachers who work well in teams, one of this teachers, participated in the activities of some European projects, and 7 of them participating for the first time. Project proposed activities target a preliminary stage, which contains assessment elements of participants and beneficiaries, establish initial relationships with current suppliers and also logistics training. The second stage, mobility, consists of effective participation in initial trainings and the execution of specific documentation. Follow-up phase aims the completion of the activity report, monitoring and dissemination of results but also, the monitoring over the next four years of the increase of quality of education after the established criteria. The methodology will take into consideration the European rules on the implementation and development of the educational act, using modern communication technologies. THE finished products made by each participant in the mobility will increase the quality of education, but also the development of equipment in school, having a positive impact both on the participants in the continue training courses on long term, and on the beneficiaries of education: students, parents and the local communities. By participating in the mobility Erasmus + program, the teachers can improve their XXI century key competencies of applying of what they learned in all stages, fact which will have a positive impact on the students activities, through which they will develop their skills and practical skills and it will satisfy the need for knowledge and will increase their motivation. All of this will conduct to a long-term benefit for all school students involved in the educational act. So, the impact will be felt at institutional level (by developing of partnerships, intercultural dialogue, supporting of creativity and motivation of teaching and the European dimension of education), professionally (for each teacher involved) but also for other a participations in the instructive and educational program in school.
