Our proposal includes a training program 15 teachers of the 2nd EPAL Ptolemaidas. The teachers from the 2nd EPAL Ptolemaidas are teachers of technical sectors, have University and Technological Education and years of experience in vocational education. All participants have been trained on basic computer skills through the program information society. Teach permanently, modern architecture courses, electronics, graphic design, IT and considered essential and necessary further training on modern tools, which will integrate and will use in the educational process, creating flexible learning (wikis, goggle docs, learning communities, social networks, use and exploitation LMS-CMS platforms).The objectives of the project:• To support the professional development of teachers of EPAL in order to modernize and improve the quality of their teaching.• To develop and gain knowledge of teachers to use modern internet tools that can easily use and inexpensive to design and implementation of joint training courses (blended learning), in which the conventional teaching methods will be enhanced by new media such as histology, social networking services, wikis, etc.•To be able to use effectively the possibilities offered by network technologies for active participation of teachers and students in learning communities.• To install the Moodle platform on the website of EPAL.• To educate other teachers and students of EPAL in Moodle platform and the tools offered.• To be able to effectively use the platform in the educational process students and teachers of OPF.• Get to know the educational system and how to use the Internet technology.• To enrich the knowledge of the participants and contribute to familiarization with other cultures and other countries by giving them the opportunity to build international networks of contacts, to actively participate in society and to develop a sense of European citizenship and identity•To obtain the europass certificate•To improve their language, social and cognitive skills•To adopt new attitudes towards the EU and the European project.Expected results:• Assistance to professional development as it will enrich-improve, upgrade and assist in the development of academic-theoretical or practical, professional and personal skills-knowledge and skills• The preparation of learning material, create and test permeants exercises and posting them online platform that will fit in our school• Unlimited use of the material will be posted by students and professors 24 hours a day• Creating a new learning environment that promotes autonomy, flexibility• The creation of courses for training and the other teachers of the OPF, so that all teachers can use the platform of our school• To improve the language skills of teachers• The transfer of good practices from the host country• Better socialization of teachers, through the development of interpersonal relations, skills of collective play, communication and dialectic confrontation• The strengthening of empathy through the free expression of feelings, opinions, attitudes, habits and values ​​conflicts so that teachers are able to understand and redefine stereotypical attitudes and behaviors• The cultivation of self-esteem and self-confidence of students, when they feel satisfied with their personal achievements with the successful and effective contribution to the completion of the project.The mobility will take place in April 2017 in Lisbon, Portugal.
