The web has changed dramatically since 1999 and created new habits and trends of web users, such as the rapid increase in the number of media (video and audio) used in websites, the publication of texts from external blogs and forums (content sharing), but also the need to write more information on the content of their site in order to increase the chances of the search engines. The new use of web trends and the needs imposed themselves became reason to develop new dynamic page development models and internet applications (e-portals, e-shop), which is a growing lucrative market. The central idea of ​​our project was the first training of the 1st EPAL Athens staff and subsequent training of trainees in the new web design templates. ACTIVITY PLAN Refers to 10 teachers moving the 1st EPAL Athens. The activity included a) a 36-hour seminar on theoretical and practical issues such as: Internet technologies servers (web servers), development of applications on the Internet from the client side (client) using HTML5, CSS, Javascript. b) professional visits to companies or organizations that develop dynamic websites c) cultural activities The goals : • Be trained and to familiarize teachers with technologies and programming languages ​​for dynamic web pages. • To learn about the education system in Portugal. • Improve the quality of their teaching incorporating educational materials, teaching methods. • To cooperate with professionals of Portugal and exchange views. • develop their language skills • Get to know the culture, traditions and customs of Portugal A. Expected results of activity one, are summarized as follows: • the expansion level of the cognitive horizon of teachers by providing training, upgrading, improving their knowledge on technologies and programming languages, development of dynamic websites, in acquiring the Europass certificate and certification of acquired knowledge. Activities mobility held in Lisbon, Portugal and lasted two weeks. activity Trainees Refers to the movement of 15 pupils of the 1st EPAL Athens from computer specialty in Lisbon, Portugal It includes a 36 hours seminar in the programming language PHP5 and CSS3, technical visits to Lisbon companies cultural activities. The goals: • To acquire skills to develop dynamic websites. • To acquire knowledge in the programming language HTML5. • Relate the knowledge of the application and the labor market. • Improve skills in foreign languages. • To make contact with the labor market. • To enhance their intercultural awareness The expected results of activity 2 are summarized as follows: • to expand the students' knowledge horizon, by training, improve their knowledge in technologies and programming languages, development of dynamic websites, in acquiring the Europass certificate • in dynamic labor market integration Activities mobility held in Lisbon, Portugal from 17.01.2016 to 31.01.2016 for teachers and from 03/06/2016 to 03/20/2016 for students.
