Drama is the one of the important teaching model for youngsters. Lots of youth workers and trainers also use this method with non formal education methods. We will host 4 volunteers with 2 period of 6 months. They will come to Mersin in our organization ARBALET from fewer opportunities youth from Romania. Volunteers will learn non formal education methods, Turkish culture and drama methods. After the project we will have new youngsters who wants to work in the youth area.
