?An experienced professional - to strengthen the professional profile of the student through training abroad" was a project written under the EU's Erasmus program + co-financed by the European Social Fund, Operational Programme Development of Knowledge Education (POWER). The project involved students of Vocational School No. 2 receiving education in occupations: electrician, cook, baker and seller (a total of 16 people). The internship took place in the period from 25. 05. 2015 to 14. 06. 2015. Partner in the project was the company Vitalis GmbH, Germany in Schkeuditz well known from the implementation of the vocational trainings. Through this program, + those who are still learning the profession can gain practical work experience abroad and improve their language skills. Foreign placements facilitate the transition from education to employment. Strengthen also European cooperation in education and training the main objective of the which was the implementation of issues covered by the program of practical training at European level, in particular to meet new trends and compare them with the technology used in Polish plants, gaining experience in new working environment, skills and preparing to establish their own businesses in the European market. Students have acquired experience in organizing their jobs, cooperation in international teams. An important aspect of the project was to improve foreign language,to know better the culture and traditions of the region and the country and to make friendships, which could result in a long-term and regular contacts. Further results are: to better prepare graduates for self-employment, creating your own business, international comparison of education systems and the introduction of innovations into ongoing programs teaching profession. Direct participation in an internship abroad will strengthen the sense of belonging to the European Union. The project participants, both boys and girls who have acquired confidence, established contacts with their peers from other countries, have become more open and independent. First of all, the project participants put their professional skills on the unique elements associated with the taught profession, broke the barrier of communicating in a foreign language in the workplace. Each participant received a Europass Mobility document describing exactly what benefits and additional professional participant has reached. Participants also received from the host organization the certified placement. Each participant also received from the host institution certificate of completion of the placement and the description of the competences acquired during the work exhibited in the workplace.
