On top of the skills and expertise, the project resulted in implementation of several approaches:
- the importance of teachers teamwork was confirmed – there are now regular teaching staff meetings to share knowledge, exchange methods, teaching experiences and solutions to any challenging situations within the school. New approaches are implemented throughout all the classes in school, following the strategies observed at La Vall school,
- implementation of WIN-WIN method from La Vall school. The method refers to the strategy of dealing with children’s emotions and feelings within schools environment – in the conflict situation there is no loser but everyone can gain something by accepting the agreed solution,
- implementation of the cooperative learning method including more frequent work in groups of children where each child has a special role assigned, the follow-up solution from La Vall school. Among others, the methods improve communication and problem solving skills between children,
- the work has been initiated to allow sharing teaching materials online following solutions from La Vall school.
