Project as the part of the KA1 - Learning mobility, the title of the project " Improving the technical knowledge and teaching skills of the teachers of foreign languages " will be based mainly on providing the knowledge and skills to further education in a changing world , among other things, taking responsibility for the learning process and self-improvement. Participation in the course also includes innovative methods and maximizing the effectiveness of teaching. Proficiency in a foreign language prepares students for life in a society, providing them with better preparation for entering the job market. Learning a foreign language to students also gives them such values as tolerance and respect for other cultures. The project assumes 5 participants / foreign language teachers to travel to 3 countries (Ireland, Germany and the United Kingdom). Each of the participants will take part in a 11 day training abroad. Participants will see how to combine the teaching of language and subject matter, to solve a wide range of practical exercises that can be put into immediate use in the classroom. The methodology includes areas such as: learning vocabulary, encouraging speaking, the design work in the classroom, role play , different ways of teaching grammar. Each employee should become proficient in at least one foreign language, which in the future will transform into competence, and thus allow him to be mobile in the European job market. Skills associated with social perception (accurate perception of others ), social sensitivity, empathy, knowledge social rules and the ability to appropriate behavior in social situations , communication skills, group integration, adaptation, collaboration, ability to adapt to new conditions are now essential social skills. Participants will be made aware of the importance of cultural and linguistic diversity in Europe, as well as the need to combat racism , prejudice and xenophobia. Efforts will be undertaken for equality between men and women and contributing to combating discrimination based on sex , racial or ethnic origin.
