Start date: Dec 31, 2015, End date: Dec 30, 2016 PROJECT  FINISHED

The context of the project: Gimnazjum im. Noblistów is a school in the countryside functioning as a part of the city of Poznań and its suburbs. Gmina Rokietnica (Rokietnica District), where our school is, thrives dynamically in terms of economy. Local authorities initiate numerous investments supported by European funds. As a modern school that invests in effective teaching we try to come up to our pupil’s parents’ expectations. We also realize that their aspirations towards their children grow. We think that the main key to success is a perfectly trained teaching staff. Serving as a model, we can better motivate our pupils to develop their abilities and to put forward their own proposals. The trips of the teaching staff are not only going to contribute to the development of our employees but also our pupils. It is also going to contribute to local labour market, where many companies with foreign capital exist. Therefore our main goal is not only to create a good image of our school locally but also in Europe. We encourage our teaching staff to start creative and innovative work with our pupils.
