High unemployment among young people in recent years, which is celebrated in almost all European countries is the result of numerous financial and cultural characteristics of each country and the European Union as a whole. Analysts say the labor market, one of the main difficulties for the adaptation of young people is the lack of real knowledge and skills with which to operate in their daily work. One option through which they could gain practical skills is volunteering, the benefits of which in the long run gives young people greater opportunity for employment.The aim of the project "Volunteering - a path to employment" is to promote volunteerism as a factor for a successful career of young people and to increase the capacity of partner organizations in the management of volunteers focused on acquiring new knowledge and competencies.The specific objectives of the project are:- To create a sustainable partnership network of organizations promoting volunteering as a factor in employment and initiating long-term projects and initiatives in this regard.- To raise awareness among youth workers and young people in terms of how volunteering promotes social inclusion and improving the skills of adaptability to the labor market,- To attract many young people to the benefits of informal learning / incl and acquiring new knowledge by volunteering / in terms of employment.The project provides 3 major activities involving organizations from 13 countries: Bulgaria, Italy, Netherlands, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Romania, Greece, Turkey, Lithuania, Ukraine, Croatia, Spain and Azerbaijan.Activities are as follows:The main activities in the project are the following:1.Seminar "Volunteering Does Make a Difference". It will be held from 1 to 5 March 2017. Hotel "Expo" in Plovdiv.. It will be uchastie17 representatives of all international partners.2. Training for youth workers "Volunteer management and recognition" will be held from 26 to 31 May 2017. Hotel "Berkut". Brestnik. They'll take part of 30 representatives of all partner countries.3. Youth voluntary exchange "Volunteering- Success in Progress", which will be held from 2 to 8 October 2017. Municipal Youth Center in town. Plovdiv. It will participate 24 disadvantaged youth group and 8 leader Bulgaria, Romania, Netherlands, Czech Republic, Turkey and Spain.All planned activities are in response to targets and will be implemented so that to the greatest extent contribute to their achievement. The project provides several symbiotic events, on the one hand are aimed at different target groups, but on the other hand vzaimvodopalvashti and are building on effect on organizations - partners. For us it is very important to cover a wide range of the stakeholders and parties we can privlechem new adherents to the philosophy of volunteering. Activities to realize will present the reality of the voluntary sector in Europe; will create a new network of 13 organizations to promote the benefits of volunteering for personal and professional development of young people; will enhance the knowledge and skills of youth workers who organize volunteer initiatives and programs; will be promoted informal learning; encourage and motivate young people to volunteer time and will demonstrate how volunteering builds habits, creates etc.
