Pupils will be gradually prepared for the internship in terms of training and language. Students will acquaint with the new rules, workflows, high-tech, technical equipment and work safety. They will familiarize with the organization of work in a foreign company, working effort, approach to work. The aim of the project is also to develop linguistic communication of, pupils who are motivated to conscientious vocational and language training. Professional internships focus on deepening the knowledge of students in leading foreign firms with advanced technologies. The internship is also very conveniently devised and gives us the opportunity to send students of various branches to several companies and countries. The project will significantly contribute to increase mobility, willingness to self development, willingness to travel, school will become more attractive for prospective students. The school belongs to the region of high unemployment, it is expected that the student who obtains professional experience abroad will find employment in the labour market more easily.. In the field of information technology, knowledge of English is imperative , for the other field linguistic competence significantly increases the chances of applicants for the post in foreign and domestic firms. Distance cannot be a problem in obtaining this experience. In Europe there has been a long trend of openness - open borders, open economies, open labour market. It is impossible without interconnection of both theoretical and vocational training. In overcoming this obstacle we see in youth mobilities the ideal way to actually remove the border, so we will still continue mobilities
