By encouraging the development of regional and local foodproducts to sustain the small local communities in the countryside and at the same time save the environment a long transport. Students together with food manufacturers implement events in collaboration with various cultural and tourism organizations. Expected Results: Folders illustrating foodculture in the Oresund region. Represented the Oresund region through particpation in different food fairs.
