The project is "Dynamic and Open Education of Personality" for implementing the school's vision, mission and goals. They are – modern, safe, comfortable, democratic and innovative schools, developing a virtuous educated citizen, which foster general human values, their culture and traditions of the school establishment. The school developing creative thinking personality by reaching the following objectives: - to reach personal education and diversity; - to achieve the development leadership of each member of the community, and personal development ; - to follow the European work experience by improving the teaching skills and applying them to education; - to access to new learning methods and apply them in developing creative and thinking personality. To achieve these objectives, it is necessary to develop new knowledge about creativity and thinking of learning, to improve teachers' leadership qualities and self-expression. This project has been of great interest for our pedagogical community and useful because its aims, objectives and forms of work are in line with our needs and have met our potential. Step I of the project. The group of teachers has been involved in Level I courses organized by the TA -group: Bringing Creativity & Thinking Skills into the Educational Process, Effective Management of the 21st Century School, Teaching Russian in Europe: Creativity and Thinking Skills of Learners. These has involved 12 teachers who are proactive, have leadership qualities, are open to innovation and change. They have been actively participating in best educational experience. After the course the teachers have shared knowledge in electronic (public) space, disseminate the educational experience by training courses teachers meetings, they have presented a filmed lesson material to the TA-group experts. Step II of the project. 7 proactive and creative participants of the project have continued developing educational competencies of Level II courses. Achieved results: the progress of each teacher’s leadership and personal development – cooperation and communication, openness and innovation, innovative working methods and responsibility for the decisions taken. Creative thinking and encourages personal growth of learning motivation. School becomes more dynamic and more open to change. The project results have been evaluated using a variety of assessment and evaluation methods: a survey, various kinds of interviews and other rates of change and other. The success of the project have been revealed by teachers’ leadership, activity, openness and education of European experience. Following an analysis of the project the teachers practical conference "Bringing Creativity & Thinking Skills into the Educational Process" has been organized in Klaipeda.
