Our Project comprises taking a language course of six participants from the Project team of Murat-Hale Küçükoğlu Vocational and Technical Anatolian High School in a Professional surrounding to improve the competence of foreign language and to ensure effective learning skills, giving opportunities in terms of career development for four weeks. Our aim is to raise participants’self-improvement and self confidence, to create awareness of reinforced cross-cultural, and to turn their disadvantages of effective communication into advantages by improving their competence of foreign language . Furthermore, it is aimed to raise their motivations in their career. Our participants have been chosen from the project group with twelve people on volunteer basis. Our participants (3 from managers & 3 from teachers) have bachelor degree and at least 15 years work experience. All the participants have intermediate proficiency level. Our activity is participating a language school at Malta ESE Language School providing intense English course for four weeks long. We find October suitable for the course as our project group will be working on projects organised by Erasmus+, donation, and different organizations in November. Their experience by means of finding foreign partners and following booklets published in English will be benefited during this period. As Malta is not only accepted as an efficient but also a place with many participants from different parts of the world. Moreover, this international place accelarates language process. In addition to these, the participants will be aware that they need to practice any target language they wish to learn. Whıle we were carrying out the Project, we decıded that the course programme whıch Ese language school sent us was enough. Audıtory and visual methods will be used i in the lessons which are planned to be 8 hours a day. Speaking practice which is not only in the course but also in social life provides to increase the level of English. When the Project is completed, participants will not only improve their language but also learn social and cultural differences. Other colleagues will create awareness by sharing this gain in our and other schools with dissemination activities. After the flow ,they will be able to understand the sources which are in foreign languages when they search a project subject,they will be able to follow the Project in English and find foreign partners. Also they will not need an intermediary firm in the matter of finding foreign partners and communicating with them well. Every year in long period of time; our participants ,whose competence and proficiency have developped in English,are aiming 20 students and 5 teachers from our school to join abroad activities with the help of Erasmus+ projects. So our teachers will be able to improve the quality of education in our school with the help of new teaching methods and tools. Student participants will also find opportunity to develop their career plans. As a result of these activities the documents that they will have are going to assist them to find better job opportunities. Furthermore they are going to contribute to develop our country realising new entrepreneurship ideas which they will have during these activities.
