Our institution aims at providing an atmosphere for experiental learning which will enable our students to be aware of their own individual abilities in the dimensions of art, leadership, intelligence, creativity... etc and in which our students can use their capacity. It is neccessary not only for our students but also for our teachers ,the director and deputies to take an active role in such an atmosphere to increase the quality of education in our istitution which gives education to the students described as ' gifted students'.Even though all the teachers working in our institution did their master's degree, they have some difficulties in using English effectively and in using ICT tools with a fast involvement of ICT tools (smartboards and tablets) into our education system. Therefore, our project includes our teachers' gathering and practically using important softwares, social websites and current programs which will enable ICT tools to be used in an effective way in education. Thus by means of our project, our teachers are aimed to use ICT tools effectively during lessons. Within the scope of our project, one teacher, teacher of English, will participate into overseas activity, the topic of which is about using technlogy in teaching English, due to the project criteria about competence in English. Our project which involves an overseas learning activity will be a concrete example for the other teachers to participate into such kind of activities by improving their competence in a foreign language.The primary aims of our project are to encourage our teachers to use ICT tools effectively and to follow the innovations about ICT, and to promote our teachers to learn English.Besides, our institution aims at building up KA1 and KA2 projects in the following call terms by having contacts with the institutions in various countries of Europe thanks to our project. Our teachers' exchanging experiences with their colleagues in different countries through social internet links is aimed in our project. Hence, our teachers will biring an European dimension both to their point of view and to our institution and their lessons.In our project, the activities will be carried out via cooperative approach and a synergy will be constituted among our teachers. In other words, because of competence in foreign language, one of our teachers will attend the overseas learning activity, but the skills gained through this activity will be transfered cooperatively to other teachers and these skills will be reflected into other lessons apart from English lessons via these teachers. The skills gained through overseas learning activity will be improved with the exchange of the feedback gathered from different lessons among teachers. The foreseen results of our project are providing the students a realistic atmosphere to use English by getting in touch with the overseas countries via ICT tools, setting up a connection by which exchanges between experience and changes in the countries of the overseas teachers and the ones in our country, and thus setting up a strong connection between the overseas institutions and their teachers, and our institution and our teachers, having an European dimension in the viewpoints of teachers and students, and in our institution, our teachers' effective use of ICT tools in their classrooms, providing a quaility in education which will broaden the students' horizon in addition to their formal education.
