This project aims to facilitate access to employment for unemployed people. The general objective is Improving the key competencies and increasing the chances in the labour market of unemployed and disadvantaged people.The activities of the project are: elaborating and implementing practical trainings for 60 participants, development of e-learning courses, elaboration of a Knowledge Portal containing the training materials and documents, as well as establishing the Region’s Code of Ethics.The target groups: unemployed people who participate on the craft course (60persons) and the e-learning downloader’s (600 persons). Among the project results: 12 practical courses, 10 training documents (background materials, exercises), 60 persons trained, 4 professional meetings.
