The focus of our project " Diversity as an Opportunity " is the participation of two colleagues at the International Teacher Training " Diversity in European classrooms " in May 2015, Turkey. The participation of colleagues in an international seminar is intended as a starting point for an in-depth study of the topic . In subsequent years, additional activities are planned on the subject. A large part of our student body has Turkish roots , the training week with a Turkish-German team can help to deepen the background knowledge of the Quorum of the situation in a country to which many of our families have a close relationship .
In the training week , new content inputs for teaching are presented , of which our students will benefit .
The project is planned as an introduction to the subject for our international training activities , in the longer term to more colleagues to participate in international activities in the area and the subject are anchored in our college .
