Integrating information and communication technologies in teaching , learning and evaluation process has become a necessity nowadays . In order to adapt to the demands of knowledge-based society, teachers have to rethink the educational course , to adapt and refine continuously.Our project " Improving the teaching activity through new technologies " wants to be the best way of transforming The Gimnasium School VintilaVoda strengths, needs and these changes can happen only if it starts with the teachers . Consistent with the strategic objectives of our institution , the project was designed to improve the teaching process , to help align the requirements of the society which is in a continous development. The main objective of the project consists in " training and developing skills for the integration of ICT in the educational process for 10 teachers from The Gimnasium School VintilaVoda, over 18months » . This main objectiv is aimed to cover all the objectives from the Institutional Development strategic Plan and will be achieved through a series of specific objectives , while also highlighting the benefits target.O1) Improving the professional activity of 10 teachers from the The Gimnasium School VintilaVoda O2) Improving the teaching process due to the use of ICT integration skills acquired in training courses ;O3) Making a European area of learning through ICT use and establishing contacts with other European schools .European Development Plan includes 4 main activities consisting of 10 teachers who are going to participate in professional development courses in European space :Activity (A1) "Using E -learning in the classroom " (ITC International Prague , Czech Republic, 14 to 18 November 2016)Activity (A2) "ICT in Education" ( IDEC SA , Piraeus , Greece, March 6-10 2017)Activity (A3) " basics ICT & Creative Applications" (ARVIS - AR Vocational and Investment Solutions, Coimbra , Portugal , 10 to 14 July 2017)Activity (A4) " Technologies de l' information et de communication pour l' enseignement to - TICE : selon votre exploiter des outils innovants contexts " (CLA , Besançon , France , August 16 to 26, 2017) .Participants will have access to continuing training programs for modern , interactive , integrating innovative ICT tools and applications developed software ,capable of leading to the acquisition and development of skills , abilities to integrate ICT in teaching activity .The target group will consist of 6 secondary school teachers , three teachers for primary and one for pre-primary teacher . Part of the target group will be the school headmaster, teachers, class masters, members of Quality Committee of our school, methodical responsible committees , board members , and educational adviser in charge of European programs and projects .The methodology used in our project implementation complies with the provisions for this type of project mentioned in Erasmus + .The expected results are related to: a) the acquisition of new skills in ICT for 10 teachers in the school by attending training courses in the European area b) improving the teaching activity by using acquired skills in class c) extending learning beyond the school , by initiating collaborative projects using the tools of ICT.Long-term benefits resulting from the transfer of knowledge, skills , dissemination of good practice , will have effects on teachers , students , local community by changing new products .
