Lack of education infrastructure for the handicapped persons in the Polish-Belarusian borderland does not allow this group of people to obtain rehabilitation and correction treatment thus reducing opportunities for the balanced development of such people. The Belarusian Centre of Correctional-Developmental Science and Rehabilitation in Kamianiec will take advantage of the Polish experiences in conducting educational lessons for the handicapped students while the special schooling-education centre from Poland will benefit from the Belarusian experience in terms of conducting rehabilitation activities. Expected Results: Creating the possibility for broader and long term cooperation between two centers that support mentally handicapped teens and children, by creating a proper infrastructureDecrease in the number of pupils learning at home.Increase in the numbers of pupils breaking the barriers of current integration.
