The project aims at establishing a network of good neighbourly relations and regional prosperity of the communities in Black Sea Basin through cultural and social-economic cohesion of General Toshevo, Murfatlar and Bolgrad Regions and building further the established cross-border cooperation.The cornerstone of the project is the idea that some of the most effective tools to connect countries and societies are culture, education and young people initiatives.Holding cultural events, exchange of good practices in the area of culture and education and also building young men networks for cooperation are the main activities of the project Dialogue between Cultures. Achievements: Creation of sustainable, liberal structure for partnership of local, cultural and educational institutions, NGO and local communities;sustainable cross-border youth community for cultural, educational and social initiatives was created;Enhanced knowledge of young people for natural and cultural-historic heritage in the cross-border region and European models for civil behavior;Enhanced skills and motivation of young people to present their culture and to reach inter-cultural dialogue and partnerships. Enhanced cultural exchange and social cohesion.Promoted youth initiatives for cultural-educational cooperation in the Black Sea Basin; Expanded professional capacity of teachers, tutors and experts from cross-border area.
