Project background. With the changes in the regional labour market into a European labour market , the requirements at our school have changed. Our school should and wants to prepare students not only for studies in Europe but also for the European labour market. We want a school with European orientation.That is why our teachers' intercultural and project management skills have to be significantly improved.These skills should be obtained by participating in itercultural training courses in european instituts and making contacts with european colleagues in order to develop common projects. Furthermore we will be able to accept european colleagues to do job-shadowing in our school. The two persons ,which are going to London are going to attend courses on managing and developing ourselves and others. Project goals. Improvement of intercultural skills and project management skills with the use of new technological tools,working in a friendly environment. Number and profile of participants. The six selected teachers are willing to travel abroad to attend training courses. They have sufficient knowledge of the english language. They are willing to spread the European idea to colleagues and students and intergrate it in teaching. Description of activities. Participation in interactive seminars and workshops. Methodology. With the training courses intercultural competence shall be implemented in lessons using also technological skills and with the teachers capacity they willbe institutionalized. Expected results ,effects and long- term benefits. The european training experience will be the motive and the inspiration to othre teachers for european cooperation. This cooperation will improve the students' social skills and will be better prepared to future life demands and carrier demands in an international labour market.
