This plan was designed after a joint decision of our school teachers and was intended to help teachers increase their knowledge and experiences around the educational process.
The courses chosen and included in our plan involved the use of ICT in the educational process, thus equipping our classrooms with modern tools and teaching methods that make us competitive in our work and gave new incentives to teachers and students to contact them with knowledge .The improvement in the use of ICT has led to further opening of our school in the european community and society in general, he gave us the ability to work, at european and international level with our participation in partnerships school. These courses also helped to modernize the school and improve educational process and training provided.
