Context / the project background ”The development of the management and communication skills in the context of European education” " Nicolae Cartojan " High School customized the educational culture of Giurgiu County mainly through pedagogy and theorical profile of the high school , providing educational services to a number of 689 students. Curricular and extracurricular activities can be known through various channels : www.nicolaecartojan.ro website , in the school magazine "Attitudes NC "and in the media. Given that a quality management at all levels will ensure the success and effectiveness of our school , we proposed a project on mobility concerning the development of the management and communication skills in the context of European education . 1 ) Needs: - The need for innovative teaching strategies in European practice - The need to diversify school profiles , specializations , school curriculum - The need to increase the quality management - The need for developing effective communication skills - The need for professional and personal development of staff about international courses - The need for identifying new solutions development in order to strengthen school autonomy and to face the competitive environment - The need for dissemination and multiplication of positive experiences from the organization by members of the European - The need for a network of local and international partnerships with various institutions to co - sharing European values and principles and developing new projects. 2 ) Objectives : • Improve management and communication skills at different organizational levels , in the context of European education • Internationalization offer training to staff and the validation of professional competences to EU standards • Increasing the quality of education through innovative teaching strategies and student centered inclusive practices promoted at European level • Developing educational and vocational skills of students and their correlation with the labor market, a better social integration • Opening of the school community to new educational resources through ICT integration • Strengthening institutional partnerships by creating a network of European partners . 3) The number and profile of participants : The project will provide training for 14 staff members with leadership roles and responsibilities at different levels of the organization, but also for those who want to get involved in school management in the future. 4 ) Description of activities: Overall management of the project will cover the following main activities : - Activities of selecting aparticipantilor mobility - Language training activities , pedagogical , psychological and cultural - Activities on practical and logistical project - Training activities such staff training abroad , as follows : a) The course " Team work as a Means for enhancing productivity " held in Limassol / Cyprus Dore Educational Institute ( a flow of 4 persons in October 2014 ) . b ) The course "Leadership and communication in education" ( a flow of 6 people - February 2015) , held in Assen / Holland Quarter Mediation . c ) The course " Managing and Developing self and others " held in London / UK ADC College ( a flow of 4 people July 2015) - Dissemination . - Activities to evaluate the results . 5 ) Methodology: The methodology is based , primarily , on the principle : mininum theory + practice + feedback = maximum accelerated development . Methods: - presentations - Individual and paired exercises - Group activities - Activities of reflection and self-reflection - Brain -storming - games - Learn workshops and shops - Hands- on approach and learning -by - doing , - Methods for developing language skills - Use ICT 6 ) Results: - Training of 14 members of the organization management and communication by improvement : - competence management selfmanagement and others (groups, organizations) competence for self - development and other competence - learning to provide a European dimension - jurisdiction of organization of teaching and learning standards. 7) The long-term impact and benefits of the project are the organization , its members and the local community by: - biggest opening of the school to the educational needs of students in a school offer more versatile labor market and quality educational services , integrating the skills acquired in the course. - Development of the organization in the direction of an organization that teaches more adapted to the changes imposed by European and national educational policies . - Development of institutional policies directed towards new sources of funding . - Develop programs to promote a partnership ethos and open local and European values .
