The project “Developing through youth” s target is to improve the chances of success for youngsters, in contemporary and future society, identifying the problems they face and the competences required for a success in personal, social and professional plan. The objectives of this project will be accomplished through 4 important activities: Consultative forum regarding social and professional needs of youngster . At this event will take part, during 4 days, students from all of the school branches, students who have finished their high school studies and students in their first year of faculty, decision factors ( Headmasters of educational institutions, local and county counselors ) Representatives of County Agency for Employment and representatives of main investors in the region. Participants will held their activity in work groups, in order to identify the problems and difficulties encountered by youth in the process of professional integration, will identify the causes and difficulties of this problems and will find solutions, that will represent the foundation of a strategic rapport to improve the current situation. Regional seminar – Youngsters , active agents of tomorrow. At this activities will take part 30 youngsters from every region involved in this project (Sud Vest Oltenia-30 Sud Muntenia-25, Centru-30 şi Ilfov-Bucureşti-5) and will target identification of viable solutions to solve or improve youth problems, specific problems of each region. At this event will take part local factors of decision and responsible of youth policies. Together with them there will be organized consulting, round tables, focus groups, entrepreneurial initiative workshops. Conferences – Success models in social and professional plan for youth. During 4 days, 40 youngsters from all the regions involved in this project will take part in activities where will be invited successful young that can represent a model of social and professional success, and also youth that is working in Human Resources. Together they will practice and apply instruments of personal marketing. There will be a simulation about job interviews , steps of drafting a letter of intention , feedback letter, reject letter and also drafting a proper CV. Strategic Forum – Community for youth, Youth for community. Through non-formal technics and methods , 40 youngsters, during 3 days, will elaborate a interregional strategy with measures that will transpose in an improvement of identified problems. The document will be sent to those Ministries that have attribution in this field of activity.
