The activities were organized in 3 main steps, upstream (information to the various people, communication, management of the practical and logistic aspects, prospecting for work placements, activities for the “PPLC”and the content agreement), during (work placements, follow their improvement, assessed the participants connected to the required skills),after (various media, listed the acquired skills, used the Europass tools, communicated, valued the mobility actions towards various partners, informed of the results). A methodology of project management was important to the institutions. A technical team and a committee were created helped by 1 or 2 assistants in European Mobility in each MFR and at the territorial level to guarantee the quality of the mobilities. The woman in charge was of great help for all the MFR schools all along the project, individually or in groups. The MFR schools have prospected for the various work placements, negotiated the tasks in the companies, dealt with the pedagogical and logistic aspects, realized a budget, regularly communicated with the families and the hosting companies, went with the young people abroad, paid them visits at the workplace, made the intermediate and final evaluations, assessed them after the mobility, valued the mobility actions towards various partners, informed people of the results. The hosting companies have named a tutor, identified the tasks on the work placement, were in charge of the monitoring and tutoring all along the training course, the intermediate and final evaluation, of writing and signing the European documents connected to the training course. After the mobility, the results were communicated thanks to many events (meetings, Europass Mobility celebration) and thanks to press articles (press, internet sites and social networks).
