The title of our Jean Monnet Module is 'Development, cooperation, et good neighbor policy: between the EU and its partners. We will analyse exteriors actions of the EU toward its partner, especially those who are in need of financial support or other formes of aides. The project is composed of two main parts, the first part is about the Development and cooperation policy, with EU actions in Central Africa (Burkina Faso) as our major target of observation. The second part is about the good neighbor policy conducted by the EU, special attention would be put on the manner by which Italy exploits this policy to serve its own foreign aide policy toward those Mediterranean Sea partners.
