Development of tourism in frontier areas by means of preservation of valuable plants of wild flora
The project partners from Russia, Lithuania and Poland shared their concern and experience in preservation of rare plants. The project focused on raising the society´s awareness about the unique flora of the region and about the need to preserve nature. Also, the project aimed at establishing three fully equipped laboratories that would investigate and grow plants for the Kalinin territory in Nesterov (Russia). Seminars and trainings were organised as well as three laboratories opened within the framework of the project.
