The project strategy is aimed at maximizing the specific value added and is developed by giving a stress on fostering the strengths and overcoming the weaknesses of the region taking into account joint needs and constraints. The need of infrastructure and ICT for nature protection and risk prevention is being directly addressed by investments in infrastructure and development of e-bulletin for biodiversity and nature protection build upon the favourable natural conditions and the unique biodiversity and eco-systems. The need of network for environmental and cultural heritage, as well as the poor conditions for social cohesion, the poor consciousness and the inadequate coordination for nature protection purposes is being addressed by the development of Nature Protection Network and joint events across border build upon the existing good relations and the gained experience in CBC. As a result all the described weaknesses of the target CBC region are aimed to be mitigated.
