Overall objective of the action is efficiency improvement of functioning of medical lifesaving services in the cross-border area of Poland and Russia through modernization of emergency medicine units base and standards increasing of services delivered by the beneficiary and its partner. Expected Results: 1. Improvement of the accessibility of the medical infrastructure and better efficiency of medical services by shortening the time necessary to reach and diagnose the patient due to usage of new equipment for teletransmitting Electrocardiograms and filed ambulance monitoring.2. Provision of faster service for patients injured in the accidents.3. Creation of better education infrastructure for paramedics and other emergency services employees.4. Improvement of good practices exchange in the field of international standards of paramedic emergency service.5. Creation of common standards in paramedic emergency service.6. Raising the level of knowledge in the fields of IT system in Kaliningrad and European standards of paramedic emergency.7. Raising the awareness and knowledge of first aid.
