The aim is to develop a model for ecotourism in the participating biosphere reserves. Activities include a survey on locations suitable for ecotourism and collection of development ideas from the tourism enterprises in the area. The criteria and operating models will be applied and tested in practice in a pilot setting of Jungfruskär and corresponding site in Estonia. Target areas: Jungfruskär, Archipelago National Park (Finland) and West Estonia biosphere area in Hiiumaa
