PROJECT CONTEXTIt is a pre-primary and primary school located in the downtown area. It has a single line with three units of Kindergarden and seven units of Primary Education. At the school, there are some pupils with special educational needs.It is a bilingual school participating in a language program and has previously participated in two Comenius.This plan arises from the need for teacher training in language proficiency to improve language teaching and learning skills and strategies for the development of oral skills of students in the classroom.All the integration work in the future development of the school should be directed mainly to strengthen international school network: the development of connections to new schools in other EU countries to initiate and maintain a relationship in the face of facilitate the exchange of best practices.PROFILE OF PARTICIPANTSDuring the first period of development of the Plan would be 6 participants in structured courses offered in the Plan. For the next period Development Plan would be 3 participants in the mobilities for "job shadowing". The needs of the participants are in line to promote the internationalization of the center and improving their language training to acquire skills and strategies to implement in their daily teaching and will aim to enhance significantly the learning of their students / as.BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF ACTIVITIES1) With respect to the performance of structured courses selected activities among the participants were as follows:English training courses to improve the professional competence of teachers, promote awareness of other countries and cultures and internationalization of the school.All courses are conducted in English. After completing the course a certificate of attendance and validation of mobility issue.2) Regarding job shadowing activities pose the following:Observation of teaching of English and activities in this language curriculum in schools in selected areas organizations.METHODOLOGYThe methodology is eminently practical. We will use many examples and evidence-based experiences.It is "teaching delight" and enter in the usual methodology of the classes of the methodological principles of CLIL, which is twofold: learning content simultaneously learning a foreign language so.RESULTS AND EXPECTED IMPACT1) The expected impact on participants would be:- On the one hand, improving their English language proficiency.- Moreover, the acquisition of new knowledge, new skills and strategies and attitudes and behaviors in the face of achieving improved linguistic competence of students.- Increased capacity to trigger changes in terms of modernization and international openness within their educational organizations.- Broader understanding of the practices, policies and systems of education or training between countries.2) The impact it provided for participants and public organizations aim would be:- Getting the plan contains an analysis of the specific context of the school and clear objectives. - Propose a wide range of actions and proposals.- Submit variety of meaningful activities in formal and non-formal and informal learning within school hours and no school. - Strengthen the integrative performances of areas that promote collaborative work among students and teachers or those involving the use of ICT. - Achieve a high level of involvement and family engagement and environmental organizations (NGOs ...) in developing the plan. - Continue participation in other European center educational activities.LONG TERM BENEFITS PLANMake others aware of the projects have an impact on other organizations in the future and contributes to raising the profile of the organization carrying out the project.• Participants relate to peers / as small and large scale through online platforms and networks that include people who have attended these courses or similar.• Participants will be more motivated to participate in similar projects, so the comparison and exchange of ideas / approaches is very positive.• Participants will create a network of contacts that can improve the quality of teaching.• Participants also liaise with other levels of schools (universities, vocational schools ...).
