TITLE: DEVELOPMENT OF DIGITAL AND COEXISTENCE TRAINING CENTERSNo bilingual rural Center of a population of less than 4,000 inhabitants in the community of Madrid (Spain). JUSTIFICATION.• Conflicts in the digital development in situations of coexistence have been detected with the children.• There is a social alarm by digital disruptive behaviors • According to reports prepared by the OECD (PISA) improve aspects of coexistence (rate of discipline) improves educational outcomes. • Experience in Protocol anti bullying and Plan of coexistence in the Center (Declaration of loyalty anti bullying adopted by the School Board). PARTICIPANTS. Eight teachers. The Coordinator of the project with more than 20 years of experience in digital training and development and security of minors in the digital space. Teachers selected for their linguistic training and know-how in planning projects of coexistence and conflict resolution, and belonging to all educational stages and areas (including a teacher belonging to the Association of parents). OBJECTIVES: From the reality of a need to generate European citizens competent digital: • Raise awareness among all stakeholders of the new reality of the web, both risks and opportunities• Involve children in the development of its digital reality, as a space where develop their values, where to find a safe space, Act and not tolerate injustice, show its value, its capacity for development, show pride for the ability of others, consider this as their own space, with the decision to keep it and become an important part of their development personal your digital life , and emotional, and I quote from the conviction that being mentally strong, is to be emotionally balanced.• Educate families, on measures of prevention and intervention in situations of risk in the network, grooming or bullying, both in the legal field as in the pedagogical, for at the end of the process of formation, fathers, mothers and educators, possess tools to delve into the topics, and discover, are the most suitable persons to form and join their children in the conquest of the digital reality• Disclose the consequences of misuse of the digital life on health, both in excess of their use, how the adoption of models of habits just adequate, enabling protocols, to establish measures of prevention and intervention in this respect ACTIVITIES: • Training in linguistic training to two members of the management team.• Mobility of observation and learning to six teachers.• External teaching of the Coordinator and head of studies• Creation of a Commission of eight members, with established posts, that values the project on an ongoing basis. • Organizational and curricular enrichment center and the educational project. IMPACT AND RESULTS• Improvement in the digital training of students (first year of 20%).• Training of teachers and families on the development and digital security.• Internationalization of a center of rural areas, exchange of experiences.• "Possibility of a future K" with associated centers.• Digital presence of the Centre in various digital platforms. BENEFICIAL LONG-TERM• Forming citizens which develop the creative, critical and safe use of information and communication technologies to achieve the related work, employability, learning objectives, free time, inclusion and participation in society.
